If TestResources asks you to send Newton's AppData for support purposes, please follow the instruction below to find the folder.  Screenshots of the steps are attached to this article.

1) Search for %AppData% in Windows' search bar (on the taskbar or in the StartMenu).  This will direct you to AppData/Roaming.

     1b)  This can also be found by navigating to C://Users/'currentUser'/AppData, assuming hidden folders are visible.

2) Navigate up and over to AppData/Local.

3) Find the Newton folder located within AppData/Local.

4) Copy this entire Newton folder to a working location such as your Desktop, zip it, and send it to TestResources.
